HOW POLITIC'S HAVE TURNED INTO CORRUPTION

To The Levels Above – We are indeed “Sheepole”, toys that are used in developing slave labor forces internationally, tied into the need to control the worlds Wealth, via Commerce, Industry and Countries. Our worth is only based upon there need, our desires have no impact other than to give them something just to get them to continue to work. If indeed we get too smart, verbal, and or seek out rights, they are either denied, or those who seek to remove these injustices end up murdered as a result……

There is no justice for the “Sheepole” only the hope that a “God” can come and save them from being oppressed. This was how it was in the beginning, and this is how it will end unless the “Sheep” make a stand.

The Team of 100

When the Natural Resources Defense Council, a leading environmental group, charged that the new figures were politically motivated, Interior Department officials countered that they were based on "proprietary" oil industry data, which it refused to release...

...Not surprisingly, 20 oil interests are represented on Team 100, including some of the biggest in the business. Altogether they have given more than $3.8 million to Bush's '88 election bid and to GOP national committees since then.

But one company stands head and shoulders above the rest. Atlantic Richfield (Arco) tops its competitors in the amount of soft money it has contributed to the team and in its impact on key policy proposals. While some in the industry - particularly smaller, independent companies - might complain about specific administration proposals, Arco has repeatedly benefited.

Thanks to Lodwrick Cook, chair of Arco, the company's relationship with the White House is strong and well-financed. In 1988 Cook and company president and CEO Robert Wycoff each contributed $100,000 to Team 100; since then the company has donated $462,360 in soft money to the RNC - plus $200,000 to the President's Dinner fund. All in all, Arco has contributed $862,360 in soft money to the '88 Bush effort and GOP national committees. For years Cook has been a GOP stalwart: He chairs the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library Foundation; he's a Bush and Reagan golfing partner; and in August, he will host the "GOP Gala Luncheon" at the party's national convention.” click here to read more from this website:

The Team of 100 is involved in major fund raising efforts for President Bush Election; here is another quote from another site:

Anthony J. Alexander, FirstEnergy's president and chief operating officer, is a 2000 Pioneer - meaning he raised at least $100,000 for the Bush – Cheney campaign. He was also part of the Republican National Committee's Team 100 raising $250,000 for the GOP in 2000. Alexander personally gave another $100,000 to fund Bush – Cheney inauguration festivities. When Bush took office, Alexander was included on the Energy Department's transition team . Did you Know That the Saud Royal House as a Palace in Houston Texas!

Herb Mallard, was involvement while he was acting as a go between of the Saud Rotal House and became a part of their family, whereby he worked to protect they're business interest within the United States in the early 70's. Later he was connecting former Veterans into Middle Eastern jobs, within Embassy’s. And here is his story:

Camilla Blaffer (Director of Texas Commerce Bank) is Herb Mallard’s Mother in law, he asked her once to aid him in helping the Veteran Vet’s who were being tortured in Saudi Arabia and her response was: Emphatically no. She further said that if everybody got what they deserved in life the world would be much different. She asked why I would want to assist such insignificant people. The Blaffer Family is the first family of Texas, Billions who have the clout to get things done.

My wife’s Mother did have the desire to assist her daughter though by obtaining the IRS and SEC compliance control over the British American Petroleum Company where her daughter was president.

Texas Commerce Bankshares Inc. disclosed that the Securities Exchange Commission is investigating previously reported allegations of ‘window dressing’ and inadequate loan-loss reserves. … Recent disclosures of problem loans to directors, along with a crackdown by the comptroller’s office on loan-review procedures … have tarnished Texas Commerce … Houston bank last year agreed to stop certain internal fund transfers that allegedly gave the appearance of improved quarterly financial reports.” (WSJ // 6/26/85)

EXHIBIT H
My wife was told that she may have to take all of her assets out of the country just in the event the media started an initial investigation. She started to do this with the assistance of the infamous Texas Commerce Bank where her Mother was a board member.

Dear Camilla:

I have had the opportunity to review the file on British American Petroleum, subsequent to the recent agreement and loan closing. When we had our first meeting on August 9, 1986, with the executive team from B.A.P. at your house, the situation was clearly laid out:

1. They wanted a $1,000,000 equity investment from you.

2. They suggested you would be subject to legal actions by:
a. Investors in past programs.
b. Stockholders of B.A.P.
c. An I.R.S. investigation.
d. Criminal prosecution by the S.E.C.

3. They suggested that B.A.P. would go out of business and leave you to pay Texas Commerce Bank the $500,000 outstanding obligation.

4. They gave you “a week or two” to make your decision and invest the cash.

5. There was an implied threat of ruinous publicity.

I have enclosed an invoice for professional service through this date.

Very Truly Yours,

Attorney’s signature

Mrs. Camilla Blaffer Mallard Business Card

A British American Petroleum employee met with an attorney who I had found to represent my wife. The above letter to my wife from the attorney speaks for itself.
Intimidated editors of various media did not investigate the alleged SEC and IRS criminal matters so the scheme moved onto phase two with the C5 IRS political appointees forcing the IRS GS employees to accept the British American Petroleum investors’ investment losses. The Ways and Means investigations into the corruption among certain IRS regional offices alluded to the similar allowances of unsubstantiated taxpayer claims, especially in Houston.

It was no accident that the Houston office of the IRS had been politicized during the George Bush Sr CIA directorship, Vice Presidency and Presidency. Reliable sources have maintained the Houston office of the IRS continues to be politicized under President George Bush Jr.

The Chemical Banking Corporation was a bank holding company formed as parent of Chemical Bank, which had been founded in 1824. The bank was originally owned by New York Chemical Manufacturing, which later disposed of its non-banking operations. After going through some mergers, and having names such as Chemical Corn Exchange Bank and Chemical Bank New York Trust, the bank formed the holding company as Chemical New York Corporation in 1969, but changed this to "Chemical Banking" by 1988 as its geographic ambition expanded.

In 1986, it merged with Texas Commerce Bank, and at the end of 1991 it merged with Manufacturers Hanover Corporation.
On March 31 1996, Chemical merged with The Chase Manhattan Corporation, and continued under the latter name though it was Chemical's management in charge and corporate charter in effect.

HALIBURTON CONNECTION AND DICK CHENEY'S HISTORY
Deep roots
Halliburton, Brown and Root's parent company, is a Fortune 500 construction corporation working primarily for the oil industry. In the early 1990s the company was awarded the job to study and then implement the privatization of routine army functions under then-secretary of defense Dick Cheney.

When Cheney quit his Pentagon job, he landed as chief executive of Halliburton, bringing with him his trusted deputy David Gribbin. The two substantially increased Halliburton's government business until they quit in 2000, once Cheney was elected vice president. Since then another confidante of Cheney, Adm. Joe Lopez, former commander in chief for U.S. forces in southern Europe, took over Gribbin's old job of go-between for the government and the company, according to Brown and Root's own press releases (see "Dick Cheney: Soldier of Fortune," page 23). Other close friends include Richard Armitage, the assistant secretary of state, who worked as a consultant to Halliburton before taking up his present job.

Last year the company took in $13 billion in revenues, according to its latest annual report. Currently, Brown and Root estimates it has $740 million in existing U.S. government contracts (approximately 37 percent of its global business), most of which are in addition to the LOGCAP deal.

For example, in mid November 2001, Brown and Root was paid $2 million to reinforce the U.S. embassy in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, under contract with the State Department, according to the New York Times. More recently Brown and Root was paid $16 million by the federal government to go to Guantánamo Bay, Cuba, to build a 408-person prison for captured Taliban fighters, according to Pentagon press releases.

That's by no means all: Brown and Root employees can be found back home running support operations from Fort Knox, Ky., to a naval base in El Centro, Calif., according to information provided by the company.

And it is also snapping up contracts with American allies, according to company press releases: In September 2001 the company signed on to a $283 million project for Russia's Defense Threat Reduction Agency to eliminate liquid-fueled intercontinental ballistic missiles and their silos. In November 2001 the Philippines awarded the company a $100 million order to convert the U.S. Navy's former ship-repair facilities in Subic Bay into a modern commercial port facility. And in December it won a $420 million contract from the British Army to support a fleet of new mammoth tank transporters.

Critics charge that this is a classic example of the revolving door between government and big business. "Cheney gives new meaning to the term 'revolving door.' " says Bill Hartung, senior research fellow at the World Policy Institute in New York. "If he does not get elected president next, I have no doubt he will return to Halliburton when he leaves the White House."

Jennifer Millerwise, a spokesperson for Cheney's office, denies that there was any contact help from the White House: "The vice president did not discuss this with anybody from Halliburton or any subsidiary of Halliburton. Nor does he comment on Halliburton's policies, since he doesn't work there any more."

The business of war But Brown and Root is no stranger to the war business. From 1962 to 1972 the Pentagon paid the company tens of millions of dollars to work in South Vietnam, where they built roads, landing strips, harbors, and military bases from the demilitarized zone to the Mekong Delta. The company was one of the main contractors hired to construct the Diego Garcia air base in the Indian Ocean, according to Pentagon military histories.

The privatization of services at military camps is a relatively new concept that was introduced in 1992, when the Pentagon, then under Cheney's direction, paid Brown and Root $3.9 million to produce a classified report detailing how private companies (like itself) could help provide logistics for U.S. operations abroad (see "Dick Cheney: Soldier of Fortune," page 23). Several months later the Pentagon gave the company an additional $5 million to update its report.

That same year Brown and Root won its first five-year LOGCAP contract from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, which would send them to work alongside G.I.s in places such as Somalia, Haiti, the Balkans, Bosnia, and Saudi Arabia. Brown and Root's work in the Balkans has been the most profitable for the company – the General Accounting Office (GAO) estimates the company made $2.2 billion in revenue during the military operations there, building sewage systems, kitchens, and showers and even washing underwear for the 20,000 soldiers stationed there. click here to read the full story.

WASHINGTON COUNCIL OF ELDERS

There is in Washington a group of men who oversee matters which can be severely damaging to either the Democratic or Republican party. It is thought by these men that if certain irregularities are divulged it may critically injure the two party system and allow a third party to become a major political force. This would cripple the the Democratic/Republican monopoly and end the Washington status quo for which they are the supreme guardians. These men are sometimes called elder statesmen and work with United States media barons as well White House and Congressional politicos to see that any investigations are contained on a particularly sensitive issue. These men have the capability of controlling media stories and Federal investigations that they deem threatening to the hegemony of the two party system and the status quo. Each potential scandal is treated case by case by the elders. The men within this council by-and-large hide deeply within the recesses of lawyer/lobbyist or special interest consulting firms of Washington. There medium of exchange is IOUs with the play-along-get-along philosophy. There word is considered gospel. Democrat Clark Clifford was one of these men before he was disgraced for becoming an active conspirator in the BCCI scam he was to hush. Republican Henry Kissinger was caught in the BNL scam and is currently hushing his role in the Orlando Letier/Allende assassinations. The Republican Bush and Democratic Bentsen families have hushed their deep involvement in the Savings and Loan scandal. Who in Washington allowed the "forgiveness of the S&L loans"? Why does the established United States media refrain from investigating the S&L "forgiveness"? We now are being told of the recently exposed Clinton/Cuomo HUD (Housing and Urban Development) scam whose conspirators seemed to have copied the S&L scam format. No one ever goes to jail and the conspirators get to keep the money, for they control the investigation. The New York Times reports: "Is it a pattern? Who is accountable? How high up the chain of command should responsibility be placed? A basic question, always, is: How much personal knowledge did the people at the top have of the abuses in the middle or at the bottom? --- Other situations are less fuzzy. --- the crime was anonymous --- no human was accountable. --- It is not unreasonable to suggest that these episodes send signals to the public --- signals about accountability. We are asked to believe too often in the color gray. We are asked to believe people at the top had no idea what was going on down there where the hired hands work."X193 Saudi Arabian Ambassador Prince Bandar bin Sultan bin Abdul Aziz al Saud, yet again, has surfaced as a main player in some of the above mentioned scandals. Below is an example of one of the more outstanding international scams perpetrated upon the United States and Saudi Arabian citizenry by the likes of Ambassador Prince Bandar, his 1/2 brother Commander General Prince Khalid and their Washington retainers. The Saud family retainers in Washington and London have successfully suppressed any media or governmental investigation.
